I worked at the Corporate Design Center (in NY) about 5 years ago.
People dress in jeans and t-shirts but can also dress business casual. Some people would wear suits occasionally.
Co-workers usually had lunch together and socialized outside of work, most people were friendly and respectful of one another.
At the time I worked there, it was very busy because the business was growing rapidly, so do expect to work overtime occasionally.
