Are these good signs? What should I know before hand?

I was in my local AE today and was approached by a manager about my age, school situation, and whether or not I was interested in a job. I filled out an application and left on good terms, half-way expecting to be called soon.

So is it a good sign that they approached me? What're my chances here? Also, if I'm working there, will I be expected to come in every day all "dolled" up in their clothes? Make no mistake, I love their stuff, but I've only recently started shopping there, and the majority of my clothing comes from other places. I'm wondering if I was approached today only because everything I happened to have one was their brand. Do they discriminate based on looks, clothing, etc.?
