I got laid off in 2001 after 22 yrs. my job went to India

This company is full of nepatism, and hiring complete morons to head the departments. It is scary that so many stupid people have such important positions. My only experience was in the travel division of AMEX, but the entire time I worked there, I was amazed by how many stupid people could work at one place.
