Responsible for all aspects of managing the kitchen and kitchen personnel, ensuring the quality preparation of all menu items a proper handling, strong hand on all food items in accordance with standards, coordinates the purchase of all food and develops, menu and maintaining approved food and labor costs, and keep full attention on sanitation and food quality.
