Wille in Lorena, Texas said: This company has a hig turnover each year in each department because of the poor leadership in the IT department. I want to warn everyone not to go to American Income Life because of the worst management style that I have every see in my life. Please do not go to American Income Life because this could hurt your chances with any future job search.

Its bad. They fish for suckers using monster.com job boards. They have a bad reputation.
