Every business has its own style. What is the office environment and culture like at Amerisourcebergen?

Are people dressed in business casual, jeans and t-shirts, or full-on suits? Do folks get together for Friday happy hours and friendly get-togethers?

What is a typical day in the life of an employee at Amerisourcebergen?

I worked for Amerisource for a few years before they "merged" with Bergen, so I cannot comment on how it is now after the merger. Prior to the merge Amerisource was a marginally acceptable place to work. Was not high pressure (as was McKesson)and the people at the DC I was at were decent and nice including management. Pay was not that great, that was the major issue. I lost my position there due to the fact they moved all the accounting work from individual DC's back to a main processing center back East in Eden Prarie.
