2. They believe in the greater good of the community
3. They make a difference with customers
4. They pay is great
5. They have good benefits
6. The leadership of the entire organization is amazing
7. They truly believe in the Open Door Policy
8. They don't care how many degrees you have or what your background is, it is truly about you and what you as a person can do.
9. They are a company of Integrity , which is truly rare these days.
10. They genuinely care about their employees and families.

I couldn't agree more. Would recommend Amscot to anyone who has a work ethic and integrity. at my branch we have people all the time asking if i can help them get a job. I've always gotten at least 40 hrs and work 5 miles away from home. I make more money now than I did at my retail job where i had to work longer hours and harder work. yes we work one day during the weekend but i like haveing a day off during the week. hope this helps. if someone wants to talk in person about the job im happy to do so.

Amscot is a great place to work. You have to enjoy working on your feet and handling a lot of people. but if you have the people skills and want to quickly take on more responsibility as you move up, this company rocks!

Cobra your next company will be quite lucky to have you.

You are disrespectful to the hard men and women of Amscot which displays low self-esteem. You are condescending which shows you are narcissistic. The frequency at which you respond on this website shows you are obsessive.

Good luck at your next company! You had better hope that none of the hard working FSA's I know don't ever work there. Because in todays competitive business world, with your personality defects, they are sure to expose you for who you really are. I don't mean to play Psych 101, but its pretty obvious you should seek treatment.

I have been with the company over 2 years... Very happy, just made bonus for May - receiveing a 15% bonus!
