how is amscot mistreating people? by paying them 20% more than any other bank or cu? by paying 20% of profits to healthcare? By paying OT instead of salary? i have a friend who's a manager at a bank. if you figure out her hourly wage its below minimum wage because she's paid salary but she works 60+ hours a week. does this sound right? I hear some branch managers at amscot make 70k per year and dls 100k+. is this mistreatment?

I have worked under 3 different District Leaders from transferring and every one of them have treated me with respect and courtesy. Just like the Branch Leaders i work with, they all have been great and they love their job and the company they work for. The company does contribute to health insurance, regardless of what plan you are on.

agreed - the district managers are fair but firm. they're approachable. ive worked for Darlene and she has always been great to work with and one of my favorites. and I love every branch manager I've worked for... maybe you should research the definition of harassement.

All of it. you throw out these terms but you dont even know what it means unless you google. you should be held liable for defamation - maybe you dont know what that means. the dls deal with the managers not people like me. the reality of business can be tough at times - maybe you're better off with the credit union or a government job or waiting tables or drying dishes or a pet walker. my dog needs walked if you want to help however he probably wouldn't respect you. Sorry, i should stop - you're probably feeling "threatened" or "disturbed".

Just to prove you wrong, I just called Benefits and I was right, the company contributes to every plan. Maybe you should call them so you can hear it for yourself? And since I am currently working for Amscot, "these People" i speak of are my Branch leaders and co workers.

I spoke to Benefits and asked "how much does the company contribute to family insurance" and they told me the amount. SO maybe you are the one who is misunderstood or something.
