Amscot is the best!

As an FSA at Amscot, I can honestly say that Amscot is the best! Training was great-my second week was well correlated with the first week and I felt like they set me up on a good platform to being a successful career. You hear people talk about how you don't get breaks but you get paid for the entire time you are there, I use to work for a retail place and you couldn't sit down anytime you wanted to, they scheduled everything-even when you went to the bathroom. At least at Amscot you can sit anytime you want to and you aren't losing time, you get paid for it.

Here Here! At least I see someone else who is commenting is still employed with Amscot! I used to work in retail also - Retail is hard work and long hours for little pay.. After doing that, you will appreciate a job like Amscot where you work around all professionals, everyone making $30,000+ a year so they value their jobs and work as hard as you do! I agree with Collin. I use to work for Walmart and there is nothing worse than feeling overworked and underpaid. Working for Amscot is a piece of cake compared to that and you are well paid you are recognized daily and they are a company that cares. It is great! I mean what more can you ask for? You get paid great, you work in a safe environment and its air conditioned. I have experienced the overworked underpaid jobs or jobs where you come home smelling like a french fry, its great not to have that anymore!

I had a high level job at a big, blue chip company before joining Amscot and I can honestly say, there is nothing like working for a small company where you are more than just a number, you are a name, face, and people care about you and your well being! Sure we dont get a million sick days and can't come in late everyday of call in sick all the time, but what fun is that? If your going to do something - do it right and be the best at it! Amscot is big about "doing the right thing" do the right thing by the associates, community, customers, and in turn, the company will naturally do well which it obviously has!

i have total 6, 3 years retail 3 years retail management experience but i dont know what am i going to do in the first week training time, about quiz :(
