I can personally promise you that any call made to HR will be investigated and taken seriously. Hopefully you are comfortable talking with your branch, district leader or direct supervisor. However if you need to contact someone else there are many options for you. Whether you wish to remain anonymous, contact 1 of 4 compliance officers (all of which are former FBI agents), or submit an email, there are no reasons why you can not have your voice heard. We truly care about our associates and want to hear any feedback so it can be addressed appropriately. If there is any leader or manager who is difficult to deal with, shows favoritism, or lacks any of our core values, we will address quickly and thoroughly. Please feel free to call me or anyone in the HR department, which ever you prefer. Thanks for your feedback.
