Still love it!

Let's see... My branch made their income goal for June and my Branch Leader just told us that everyone in the branch is getting a 10% Bonus on their check! On top of that, we just ended a quarter and I was a "perfect Performer" which means I showed up on time everyday and my drawer balanced... what does that mean? Another 10% Bonus AND a paid day off! On top of that, my branch made 4 out of 5 of our weekly goals last week which means I get publix gift cards... last but not least, they sent us Ms. Field cookies, fed-ex'd to every store on Thursday for no reason, just as a thank you for our hard work... this is all on top of the $14 an hour they started me at (higher then my last job was paying me and I was a manager there!) Now you tell me if this is the best place to work or not!!

yes! Go Team Amscot! I was so suprised Thursday when I came in and we had cookies waiting for us! I was already anxious because this was the first paid holiday that I was getting holiday pay for. Not to mention the other 5 i get paid for, even if I dont work! Just like Bobby, i also made the perfect performers bonus, just for doing my job, i mean how easy is that! Plus i get to pick the day of my choice and its paid. Amscot is THE best place to work for!

I wanted to start by saying that I am employed with Amscot and I love my job. Like all jobs there are good and things that could be improved on. Most conditions and benefits run simular with other business. I'm happy to be locked in safely every day! Yes, sometimes it is hard to get breaks, if we can't get time, it is up to the leader on duty to see that we get a break to eat or go to the restroom. I believe our insurance could be a lot better. Our pay is very good compared to most other companies. No they do not get rid of you after youv'e been there a long time as long as you keep doing your duties and are not lazy. Some upper management does stop you from moving up, but it is not in all districts. It is rough doing calls everyday, however that is part of our being a success! I have seen a lot while being employed, but have never seen anyone let go for little things, they usually have had warnings, however decided that they didn't mean anything. The people that are complaining most in these blogs are the ones that complain about the things in all jobs they hold that do not suit them. I'm proud to be an Amscot employee.

Easter isn't considered a paid holiday at Amscot & employees in my branch are scheduled a 12 hr shift this Sunday for it. YAY TEAM AMSCOT!!!!!
