I need a job, and I like what they offer, pay, beneifits, etc., BUT they are getting about 5000 applicants per month. Are there any secret or any magical things that I can do to get hired.

Have you tried calling the recruiting department? Usually if you do, you can talk directly to a recruiter and they can tell you what you need to work on to get hired (if you have already applied). If you haven't already applied, i would go and fill out the application online. Good luck!

I'd stay away from this company. Read the other posts. Amscot may seem appealing from the outside, but it's a prison once you become their "employee" & you really are a prisoner.

all you have to do to get hired is apply but BEWARE you might get what you wish for
