I heard at work that people were on this site bashing Amscot and I had to come let the truth be known! Amscot is truly the best job I have every had! They pay us well, do everything they can within their power to make sure we are safe, happy, and rewarded. They teach us - in fact, my District Leader on every visit makes a point to discuss the buisness, how much store is doing (even though I am not even a manager!) and what we can all do to keep improving! She also tells me how I can continue to grow with the company. People leave here and there, but I have never seen anyone leave that didn't leave for good reason and wish they could stay! Everyone at my store loves their job - we have made bonuses several times in the last year! Training is great - they had actual ex FBI agents that now work for the company in the security and compliance departments come in and talk with us about being safe in the branches, the company's core values, and compliance with all of the laws that are associated with our industry.... I look forward to what my future at Amscot holds!

It is nice to hear all of these great things about Amscot. I start training on Monday and from what the recruiters have told me and from what I have read on here, it is great to see that I made the right decision from leaving my previous job to joining Team Amscot! I can not wait!

Jbiggos obviously was fired for bad performance or something... everyone who I work with or have ever worked with, including myself, enjoy their job.

im sure thats true richard. i wasent fired i quit and am getting paid quite better at a local bank now ,with better benefits .like i said before the associates are usually great people but the dl's and corp goons care nothing about its employees. by the way when i left i was offered more money to stay and they tried to keep me but its not enough given the indignities you suffer wile working there.

Recruiters? I met only 1 before serving my sentence & when my branch has a recruiting day it's 1 recruiter (AKA Prison Warden). Ashley you're a corporate LOON. keep drinking that Kool-Aid. YAY Team AmSkank!!!!
