Yeah great perk, as a waiter or waitress you are responsible for any bills that customers run out on, that ought to make your decision to work for them airtight.

I work at Applebee's. I had have 2 tables run out on me. I was *not* responsible for their bill, the manager wrote off the loss. I asked around to other employees to see if they have ever had a table run out and been held responsible and was told no, they were not held responsible when that happened.
