What type of tests do Temp Agencies give to Clerical Applicants?

What vendors do they use to issue typing tests and computer tests? Are the computer software tests true & false, or do they just give you a test assignment to complete? Is there a filing test? Do you get a printout of your results after testing? How long does the testing process take?

Thanks for your help. I'm trying to upgrade my skills. Due to some poor fits in prior jobs, I need quantifiable proof of competency to show future employers!
