Any advice on striking the right note?[/QUT They ask you the basic questions on the first interview not too difficult. I couldn't tell anybody about the second interview because it never happened. I was asked what my availablity was for next week for a second interview. I told them my scheduele was wide open. (that was almost a month ago & they never got back to me) In fact, it was difficult to scheduele my first interview. Exxcessive phone tag I was told I will call you tommorow, nothing.. call you on Mon...nothing..Etc.. Recently I noticed the same job on-line that I applied for two months ago. So you mean to tell me that when I first applied and they had 16 candidates to interview not one of them was a good fit. If I wasn't right thats fine just let me know. (That's the professional thing to do) For all I know they are just gathering a long list of candidates they can keep on file for research or whatever. Just be cautioned if a company treats their perspective employees this way just imagine how they treat current ones and most of all their customers. No follow up = no customer service = no profitability = noooooooooo $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$.
