Why am I not surprised by this the same goes on in our neck of the woods . unprofessional idiots who are so consumed with "fake" titles they forget what they are they for and that is the assembly line boiler room mentality. Heck I thought I was back in the 1700 when they had overseers who would crack the whip all day long if they saw anyone slacking . Your bathroom is timed , the amount of times you get up to drink a cup of tea is timed, you cant talk to anyone. You must instant message people sitting right next to you. And you must of all be young they do not want older people in the office. Most people are afraid to make a change once they get a solid paycheck or the pseudo good pay that people think they are receiving. They did me a favor but the treatment there is no excuse for it. thats ok I am a firm believer in what goes around comes around . But that part is not for me. I am better off and loving every minute of it.
