Every business has it's own style. What is the office environment and culture like at Apria Healthcare? Are people dressed in business casual, jeans and t-shirts, or full-on suits? Do folks get together for Friday happy hours and friendly get-togethers? What is a typical day in the life of an employee at Apria Healthcare? |

With regards to the facility in Machesney Park IL, DON'T GO!!! This facility has an 80% turnover rate. They promote people entirely too fast and had underqualified people supervising others. They will fire you if they do not like you or if someone even says something with regards to not liking you. It was not a pleasant experience at all. |

I worked there briefly. I left because it was simply not for me.I worked as a driver tech specifically, and got a well rounded prospective of them corporate and field. It is a very corporate and ridget, the paper work just to get in was ridiculous. Section dash code this, section dash code that, it was unbelieveable. There you do not scribble a mistake out,the proper precedure was to and I quote,"slash once through the mistake, then initial it", you must always use military time, and endless paper work for everything you do. Iron Mountain must love them. The dress code appeared to be casual at least at the one I was at. |
