I work for Aramark in Louisville Kentucky. I don't believe the leadership could even spell sustainability, let alone consider practicing or exploring the concept. Aramark talks a good game, but they seem very disorganized. Aramark seems to like to intimidate their employees. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY -
