Richard Ulmer is the Director of Aramark at Wm Penn. He works for Aramark and his boyfriend Oliver Delgaddo is the district manager.
They treat employees like crap, and when they cross them, Oliver and Joe Otto talk about things in the bathroom.
Rich is the queen of the three, so Olley and Joe give it to him good.
