Just curious......

What is the typical starting base for this position for a new rep? How is the commission scale? What can a first year rep expect to make? What are the bennys/perks like?

I've been with Aramark Uniform Services for over 3 years now. Starting pay is $40k to $55k d.o.e and position. 1st year compensation total $60-80k. I cleared 6 figures last year. Lots of little perks - car allowance, gas card, cell phone, laptop, award trips (they sent my wife and me to Hawaii for 5 days in January all expenses paid), etc. While it's not an easy job, it's the best company I've ever sold for. They take good care of the producers.
