A call from an ARMY CPAC HR Specialist

Hey guys, I am new to this forum. I have been applying for IT Specialist positions for the last 4 years and I finaly got a call from a CPAC HR Specialist asking me if I was still interested. She also wanted my e-mail address because it was showing as null in the resumix system. The e-mail stated: that my resume has been recieved for consideration and I need to reply back no later than 08-10-2010. The represenative as well as the e-mail also told me to reply back with contact information for my last two supervisors so that they could reference check. I have seen on answer several times where my resume has been referred to the hiring manager for consideration, but I never recieved a call from anyone. I have also never recieved a interest and availability e-mail as well. Can someone please tell me what this means, and also where am I at in the hiring proccess. Thanks!!!
