Dress code depends on your position with the company. If you are back room/delivery, it is a good job, but very physical. Good pay, but most of the guys plan on it for only 10 yrs or so because of the physical aspect. They wear khaki pants and company issued shirts, jackets, etc.
Office staff has suits to wear that come from a uniform company. I believe they are available as jackets and/or skirts in black or navy. I think there are a couple different styles.
Sales staff are SUPPOSE to be dressed professionaly; jacket and tie for men, women in the same sort of attire; blouse, skirt, jacket, etc.
The atmosphere varies from store to store. Some are very tight nit, like family, and some are more "everyone keeps to themselves" and rarely get together after work.
Sales are based on commission only, back room is hourly with bonuses based on performance as is the office staff. Managers are salaried.
