How does ARUP Laboratories stack up against the competition?

I feel that the benefits are outstanding. But not enough so to live in the culture. What is written and said is often not what is done. Prospective employees should seek out and question someone who has worked there and moved on. They can speak freely. The employees that are still there can't.

Why can't they speak freely while working there? Were you too afraid someone might think you didn't agree with everything that happens? What would happen to you if they found out you didn't like the hours?.. it sounds like a government, wire-tapping adventure... please exacerbate on the drama!

ARUP fires anyone who won't sign out bad work. They become an example to others for what happens when you won't report junk.
Jobs and promotions are by politics and family connections, not work ethic and good work. Most high level administrators have their own families working there.
