Any advice for someone trying to get in?

There's no criminal background check. No drug checks after the first one. If you have OCD, ADHD, depression, or are bipolar, or can't keep a job because of your unique personality then come here where none of that matters. Heavy debts, green cards, single mom, whatever. You can fill out your science related degree with a few university classes that only ARUP employees can take, and no one ever fails, and then sign off work with your new raise. They even have a substitute ARUP internal test so no one has to take the national exams anymore that doesn't want too.
