Associated Bank Interview Questions.

It's always hard to know what to expect when going in for that interview -- and preparation can make all the difference. What is the interview process like at Associated Bank?

At associated bank watch out, there are 3 interviews you have to grow through. 1st is on the phone, 2nd with the local branch manager and the brach lead teller. 3rd, if they like you, you have a talk with the district manager. Watch out with the Distric Manager, they have no clue what the situation is like at the branch, that means even if the branch is short on people and the lead teller loves you and wants you to work ASAP, the district manager has a final word. So make sure you lick the ass of the district manager very well.
Watch out for questions such as:
what's your dream jobs?
where do you want to work in 5 years?
the standard questions about difficult situations and such, actually several questions repeat from the 2nd interview (2nd interview repeats some questions from 1st interview but w/ different wording)
also the district manager wants you to have good sales record, thus highlight your ability to sell.

Lastly, there were absolutely NO technical questions. instead it was all regarding various situations from your past experiences.
