It's always hard to know what to expect when going in for that interview -- and preparation can make all the difference. What is the interview process like at Asurion?

Any advice on striking the right note?

Jill McDonald in Kansas City, Missouri said: Asurion uses a third party for interviews. That company is Peoplescout out of Chicago. When you apply on line or over the phone you are talking to a call center rep. Be prepared to have a resume at some point. Peoplescout hires ANY Customer Service Rep. who applies unless you can't pass the drug screen or background check. That's what they get paid to do. Pay no matter what your experience level is $10.60. .50 cents more if you are bi-lingual and $1.00 more for shifts after noon. No bonuses.

Beware Asurion is a call center. You must maintain your numbers in order to remain employed. You have to share workstations.

I interviewed with the co. for an Sr. Financial Analyst job. They have me devlop and business attrition model and do some kind of essay as secret shopper. It was complete BS and the managers were stupid and arrogant
