I applied for the sales position in macon call center. I recieved my unofficial offer and passed the drug test and background check but HR said there was no room in sep 26 class. Does anyone know if there will be another class? Should I just give up? On the computer it says completed under hr review ( one or more test not completed) The representative says I have completed everything! I think she was on vacation for two weeks. and I got looked over.

Anyone else can relate or have advise?

Theres nothing wrong with making a follow up call about it to your recruiting manager. As long as youre not a pest, the occasional inquiry is ok. Especially when youve done everything youre supposed to & arent sure how to proceed from there. Make a call, if they dont answer, leave a message. Wait 2-3 business days. If you dont hear back, call again & if nothing else, send an email.
