Hiring Process for At&T

I contacted HireRight and they told me that my background check was complete, so I decided to call my Hiring manager today, and she returned my phone call later on in the day and I could not answer the phone call, so she left a voicemail and said she needed to talk to me about the background check, does anyone know if thats a good or bad thing, I have not been able to talk to her and I'm super nervous....someone give me advice pls! I dont have any criminal records or anything, so im not sure why i'm so nervous
