Will AT&T hire me w/ a misdemeandor on my record?

I was offered a job by AT&T about a week ago. I recieved a packet w/ instructions to take a drug test and everything. I am a little worried about my background check. I have a misdemeandor on there from about two years ago, that has yet to be expunged. The charge has been dismissed, however. Will they write me off due to this?

I was in the AT&T Wireless/Mobility retail location for almost 9 years. I have seen where an employee was hired and later the background check came through and that person was let go. It is best to be truthful as possible or they will determine it to be lying for withholding the truth.

Hey, I'm in the same situation with an expunged case and I was wondering if you got the Job or not. Hope you did, just wanted to find out.
