It's always hard to know what to expect when going in for that interview -- and preparation can make all the difference. What is the interview process like at Aurora Health Care? Any advice on striking the right note? |

I would advise you to know the area of interest that you are applying to work in and tell them you are looking to "expand your knowledge base" and you have heard Aurora is a great place to work. Both things were true for my interview and I did get a second interview and the job. |

i worked at aurora. i found the best way to get the job is to lie and tell them anything that makes the interviewer feel like you are kissing their bumm. the employees are treated so poorly they are looking for anything to help their flagging self-confidence and self-esteem. also, do not be disabled and show it, you will NOT get the job. this is not a good, honest company. |

Generally speaking the turnover rate at Aurora is quite high. Getting a job shouldn't be terribly difficult but working there may not be the best option. If you decide to go thru with it fill out all of your paperwork. Disclose all criminal history. Brush up on behavioral interview questions. Also they will require you to have about a half square inch of hair cut close to your scalp for the drug screen. |
