Employment Process Offer Letters

I was a previous employee of FMC United Defense LP
Now owned By BAE Systems in 1995 i was caught up in RIF in the ground systems division San Jose Ca As a Union Employee my time there was 15.5 yrs Building Military Track Vehicles M113's, P-7's LAAV, Bradley's, MLRS's, All used in the gulf war and still being used as you read this note
I attended in January a job fair and was selected for interview in Feburary then sent an Offer letter for rehire starting March 10th this year. after passing physical,eye,hearing,and drug screen, i then waited for 7yr background check to clear? Looking for felonys?. Orientation was to follow next.
On March 10th i recieved a rescind of the offer letter with no explination or contact from anyone in the hiring process, unfortunately. My background check did show 2 misdameanors and this must be the reason for no further contact from the company?? what i did notice was that the offer letter was from the facility where i would have worked in California and the rescind letter was sent from Bedford Park IL two different locations but one in the same.
My qualifications have not changed capable of performing the work, I am still looking for employment

Hey what type of drug testing did you go through?
Was it hair, blood, and urine? Thanks
