No suits. Business casual. Culture: You have to remember that every BAE Systems location used to be another company. Each has an atmosphere of its own, primarily from the company it was. The managers in the other locations that are "over" the acquired company managers have a good laissez-faire attitude, but as time goes by, it seems harder to get people to respect the new, profit center atmosphere. Stays status quo a little too long. They work hard to break down barriers such as levels of management and territorial ownership of job function. A person with energy and drive can do well.
