Actually while I've been checking Online websites Regarding work environments
and all issues regarding Baker Hughes Inc. I've seen that you also got a question
on the same Company, maybe we can exchange some information to each other.
for me I've been into several interviews here in Iraq through phone calls
and my Field is different to your for sure " Information Technology " and
its started since like this :-
1- 1st phone call Interview at Nov. 2009 " Deep Questions " based on work
Experience and all places that work in before, as well as Practical
questions for cases that i might face at work and will i do for each ?
my impact ? its was about 65 Min in duration.
2- 2nd Phone Call Interview was at Dec. 2009 about Special cases like their
Questions is about Person who is " Decision Make Or Not " like what will
i do if i met the Deadline one day ? how did i solve it or deal with it ?
what would my line manager do ? what did this let me learn ?
3- 3rd Phone Call Interview was at Early Jan. 2010 to check with me that i
was selected bu them what would i ask for " the Package ? " and what is
my Current Package ? Benefits ? like this.
4- 4th Phone Call Interview was at 22 Jan. 2010 to confirm that am Selected
and to confirm from my side about the Offer they have for me as we only
Talk about the Salary and nothing till now from them Regarding the Offer
Letter or anything else and they told me that Human Resources Center will
be the next in touch Dept. and later i got emails from them to start the
Control Risk Screening with them Regarding my Background as they sent me
Application Form Noted with a number Specified to me and to be filled and
Sent back to them.

like how much does this Screening take ? why the Letter of Offer not sent
from them till now ? anything you might Practiced with them.
