I have pretty much been offered a position as a teller. The only thing I am concerned about is my pre-employment screening. I have been involuntarily terminated twice in the last 2 years. The first is from Macy's about 5 years ago. This is back when I could pick up my own shifts. I was unaware that I was also being assigned shifts and it was deemed "job abandonment" and I'm pretty sure I'm not eligible for rehire. Then, most recently, I was terminated from a call center due to frequent tardiness. Although with one I know that I am eligible for rehire.
I asked the recruiter and explained my circumstances as well, but it's out of her hands by now. Can anyone let me know what the chances are of my screening coming back satisfactory?
