I am going up for a job with BOA and 4 years ago i was arrested for felony possession of marijuana. I made a deal with the court and had adjudication withheld which means i am not a convicted felon. Do i need to worry about this? I know that they do an extensive background check and i am worried that this will keep me from getting the job.

BY law they cannot hole this against you, I just listen to a group of Lawyers/judges talking about this...If they do contact your local Equals opunrity and file a claim....
