At least in the retail bank it's business professional (male and female) Monday-Friday. Business professional can range from full suit to dress slacks/shirt/tie in some markets. Business casual on Saturday (if your banking center is open). Some markets allow business casual on Friday.

Corporate/production sites are generally business casual (slacks, khakis, polo shirts, etc), but they allow jeans on friday and weekends. Banks tend to be business formal monday-friday and casual (no jeans) on saturday.

just be smart and don't be like the ex citibank worker. obviously no vnecks, no see-thru shirts or pants, no hooker heels. this is for both branches and call centers but on weekends for call centers or certain sanctioned days you can wear jeans, tshirts, tennis shoes
