Hi, I have just accepted an offer and am going through the infamous background process. I have a couple questions. A few years ago, I had an enabling minors alcohol charge and when I was younger, I had a domestic assault charge. Both charges were dismissed in court. I was NEVER convicted nor did I ever plea guilty. As a result, I answered NO to the question "have you ever been convicted, pled no contest or accepted a pre-trial diversion program". I was never charged but unfortunately, the charges may show up as dismissed on my record. The enabling charge is supposed to be sealed but it may show up on the national fingerprint scan. Does anyone know if these will cause the bank to revoke my offer? I have never been convicted of anything and I have both my bachelors and master's degrees. I am hearing a lot of horror stories so I'm hoping someone can help. Thank you and I appreciate it.
