I just went through the BOA pre-employment screening an know I'm goo because I have never been arrested. My concern is for what happens or rather who retains the prints after the process. Will they be sold? I say this only because I think about data mining companies that pay for this type of information. I asked the guy doing the fingerprinting and he didn't know. I just don't want my fingerprints becoming a commodity like other information has. Does anyone know where the fingerprints go or who retains them and if they are sold.

Hi Valleygirl7,

I am not sure with Bofa, but I used to work for another company that also need FBI fingerprint check and, we usually put them on the applicant's folder (files). It's pretty safe and confidential. I think your fingerprints will be safe. Bofa has hired so many employees, and if there was any problems with that, people will be complaining about it already. Hope that help =)
