It's always hard to know what to expect when going in for that interview -- and preparation can make all the difference. What is the interview process like at Bankers Life and Casualty?

Any advice on striking the right note?

Yea, been there done that too. They do have some great products though. But from what I found out, only the top top are making any money and they wont let you in the pool to swim unless you become favorite. Definately a favorites club. If some of these corporate heads only knew how many bright and talented sales people slip through their company hands due to some greedy mgr. Wow all the revenues lost.
I worked for a building materials company years ago, the mgr was on salary and a bonus and all us salesmen were straight commission. A couple of us made more than the president and soared over our manager. Straight commission, if ya don't sell ya don't get paid. We were told that we made toooo much money and we were premadonas. I can't help it if my commission only job made me more than the president of the company. they all got bonuses from it anyway. But what did they do........cut commision %. We left and went to the competitor.............lol But that was back a few years ago when the building boom was tidal wave roaring. So Now I'm in insurance.........lol Paying my bills but watch out for the scamers who promise 6figures like it is something so great....been there done that, 6 figures in sales is a expectation, not a dream.
