barkley bank delaware appears to either be involved in fraud or very inept employees- I applied at lukoilmastercard.com for a gas card and it offered double rebates for 60 days but when I activated the cards and saw nothing in the documents sent with the cards concerning the company, I called customer service asking about it and was informed by 5 different employees that this card did not have this promotion and that I was misinformed. After finally able to talk to someone in the rewards department, she agreed with the offer after I showed her the site. Then when a supervisor said she would reinstate my cards which I had cancelled when I said I didn't want them if I wasn't getting the double rebates as offered, the supervisor who was reinstating me said I would get the double rebates until July 31 which is not 60 days since it is already the 10th of June and I will have to wait for new cards. what a rip off not to mention the hours on the phone talking to a bunch of people who had no idea about this offer- so what gives- does anyone know who I should report this company to concerning this fraudulent offer which I feel right in saying since they are not respecting the offer they made. thankyou
