I personal feel BB and T in the North West Virginia area Are not willing to hire people of color.I have interview with this bank a few time over the years....

I would't say their hiring was not diverse...we had black, white, Hispanic, and Indian at the branch where I worked. Getting hired period is hard. They start you off in some positions as a temp and then when reach then end of your 90-day temp period, they pile on all sorts of excuses as to why they have to wait another month or two before they can hire you permanently and then the time just keeps passing and you keep on being a temp. Unless of course, you are friends with one of the regional execs, in which case you get on right away with no prior experience.
