What's the company culture at BDS Marketing?

Every business has its own style. What is the office environment and culture like at BDS Marketing?

Are people dressed in business casual, jeans and t-shirts, or full-on suits? Do folks get together for Friday happy hours and friendly get-togethers?

What is a typical day in the life of an employee at BDS Marketing?

I didn't work for the corporate office in CA but from what I heard, they try to portray a casual atmosphere. As a area rep, I was expected to dress in business or business casual attire. I think they actually have a basketball court available on site to the BDS employees in CA.

It is my understanding that the employees that work at the corporate office get many more perks than the remote employees. I know alot of employees that worked at the corporate office that weren't happy with aspects of the business and have also left the company or were laid off.
