Does anyone have any idea what the pay structure is like with best buy mobile. The stand alone stores or the store within a store. Is it hourly or salary for managers. I know the reps get paid hourly with no commission

From what I heard so far,

No more bluecrewbucks for you guys. Straight commissions ontop of your check at the end of the month.

pay starts anywhere from 9-14 hr

It's hourly, no commission. But there is a great opportunity for a bonus every month if the department meets the budgeted notional margin.
