They just keep pruning the "dead wood." If you do not leave on your own within a few months, they will tell you to leave.

I just started at Best Buy a week and a half ago at the Customer Service desk. They are training me on numerous things, and BBfB is one of the. I haven't heard that it will be discontinued and quite frankly, if it WERE, I don't think they would bother wasting the time to train on it. Hope this helps!

They recently opened a brand new 30,000 sq ft store in Encinitas, CA (which is a high end area). So they definitely aren't going out of business. They are expanding.
