The discount starts 30 days after your 1st initial "working" day. I would assume that the other benefits would also start around that same time frame if you are full time.

All employees are eligable for a Cost + 5% discount on items in the store
Full Time = Medical, Vision, and Health, Tuition Reimbursement, Vacation \ Sick \ Absense time
Supervisors and Management receive monthly and quarterly bonuses

I can't give out the payscale but all best buy employees are paid extremely well for giving a great customer experience in a non-comissioned environment

All benefits start 90 days after being an employee.

Just my 2c but what drew me initially and keeps me here is an absolutely outgoing and friendly work environment.
