Question- I have recently been offered an Assistant Manager position. I haven't started yet, and I haven't signed the acceptance yet. What can I expect as far as how many hours I will be working each week. I have seen posts about their ROWE concept. Is this something they still use and does it work? What about merit increases? What is an average increase each year? What about bonuses? Are there monthly incentives? What do they average for an Assistant Manager? I noticed they get no vacation time. They do get some PTO. I am not sure of the difference, unless it means that one is not guaranteed. I am very excited and grateful for their offer. I just want to know what I am getting myself into. Any immediate insight would be helpful!
