Management extremely disorganized at my new Best Buy job!?

I just started a new job at Best Buy sunday. They went over a few things or whatever and they pretty much threw me into my area selling computers and cameras. I had no prob with that. I didn't expect much considering its near christmas time. My biggest problem is i've now worked 2 full days and they haven't even id'ed me yet and i haven't filled out my w2 forms. Basically, you can walk into the store with a white shirt and caci's and pretend you work there if you wanted to.

The store is relatively new. It just opened 2 1/2 months ago so its understandable, but I find this a little ridiculous. I've been tracking the hours i've been working. I approached a supervisor who said the hr guy wasn't in today so i couldn't fill anything out and he said the same yesterday. What should I do?
