Crazy.... You must have us confussed w/ someone else.. We place drivers w/ 30 different companies for jobs. We do not sell TRUCKS. Some of the companies we deal with do offer Lease Purchase, but we do not sell Trucks.. So I am not sure what paper work you have...

Big Dawg... MY DIRECT LINE IS 417-846-0800 I answer and would love to talk to you about a job.

Big Dawg advertised for Class B drivers. I replied, finally got a return call 10 days later. The guy said there are no B jobs. Wonder if there ever were ? I think they are 1st and foremost about getting A OTR's. Sorry, Dawg, I ain't interested in serving prison time in a steel box on wheels ! The trucking companies need to pull their heads out of the proverbial place, and get folks home to their families nightly, or at least after 5 days. The roads would be safer, the drivers would be saner !!!!!Time to think OUTSIDE that steel box !!!!!!!

I'm just an observer. I think it is so funny to see companies feel they have to do damage control through forums such as this. You see it all the time. This must be part of their corporate directives. I bet they are made to check these things periodically and appear to appease every poor, desgruntled, nameless slob with dial-up and a grievance. Got Damn! the internet is powerful!

Big Dawg Trucking company is not associated with Big Dawg Trucking Jobs. The job site is not an employer, only a placement agency and they do not charge drivers for the service. They put me in touch with a company once.
Like any company, they get busy. Sometimes someone may be overlooked. Also, there are many dis-qualifiers for truck drivers.
I had a roll over put me out of business. No one else hurt or even involved. No citations issued. I had pneumonia and really shouldn't have been driving, but I didn't realize how sick I was. I blacked out and woke up for the scary parts. Regardless of circumstances, NO ONE will talk to me about a driving job for three years. (One down, two to go.)
Point being, get the facts straight, get informed, and get some patience. You'll have a much easier time in this business. Take it from Hawkeye.
