I have seen the same ad over and over again, looks like they cannot find anyone for the position, or else new hires head for the hills after a few days of working for them.

Remember, we hires drivers for 30 different companies... We try to place drivers with their wants and needs... And yes I agree alot of companies do have high turn over, but we try our best and place drivers w/ good jobs..
P.S. Turn over is good and bad... Good that it give us plenty of jobs to hire for. Bad cause why are they leaving so quick..
